These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Royal East Hotel, Autostrada Tiranë – Elbasan, 1001 Tirana, Albania, and to the use of our website https://royaleastresort.al.

By making a booking or staying at the hotel, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the booking.
2. Bookings
You can book directly through the “Book Now” button on our website, which uses our booking engine provider BookersPro, or by phone or email. Bookings made through Booking.com or Expedia are also subject to the terms of those platforms. If their terms differ from ours, the conditions shown on the platform at the time of booking apply.
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking platform. Please check that all details, including dates, number of guests and room type, are correct and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are those shown at the time of booking and depend on the room type, dates and selected rate. Any local accommodation or tourist tax required by Albanian law is charged in addition, where applicable.
At the hotel, you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. Some rates may require a prepayment or deposit; if so, this is shown when you book. Extra services, such as restaurant and bar charges, are paid at check-out at the latest.
4. Cancellations, changes and no-shows
Cancellation and change conditions depend on the rate you choose and are shown clearly before you confirm your booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge.
If you do not arrive on the day of check-in and have not cancelled according to your rate conditions (a “no-show”), we may charge the amount stated in those conditions, and the rest of the booking may be cancelled.
For bookings made through Booking.com or Expedia, please cancel or change your booking through that platform.
If we are unable to provide your booked room for reasons within our control, we will offer you an equivalent or better room, or a full refund of any amount paid.

If you expect to arrive after 23:30, please let us know in advance. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability, and may be charged extra.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid identity card or passport. This is required by Albanian law for guest registration. We may refuse check-in if a valid document is not provided.
6. Children
Children are welcome. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by an adult with written permission from a parent. Please include all children in your booking so we can prepare the room correctly.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the hotel. Please contact us before booking to check whether we can accommodate your pet and whether any extra charges apply.
8. House rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Visitors who are not registered guests may not stay in the rooms overnight.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the room or hotel property and may be charged for repair or replacement.
- The hotel may ask guests who seriously breach these rules, endanger others or behave unlawfully to leave, without a refund for the remaining nights.
9. Facilities
Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available for guests. Parking is at your own risk and the hotel is not responsible for vehicles or items left in them, except where the damage is caused by our negligence.
Our bar and restaurant are open to hotel guests and visitors. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance.
10. Valuables and liability
Please keep money, documents and valuables safe and do not leave them unattended. The hotel’s liability for lost or damaged belongings is limited to what is required by Albanian law, except where the loss is caused by our fault.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or water outages from public networks, or decisions of public authorities.
11. Security cameras
For the safety of guests, staff and property, we use security cameras in public areas such as entrances, reception, corridors and the parking area. There are no cameras in rooms or bathrooms. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Use of the website
All content on this website, including texts, photos, the Royal East name and logo, belongs to Royal East Hotel or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Room photos and descriptions are for illustration; small differences between rooms of the same type may occur.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
14. Complaints and applicable law
If you are not satisfied with any part of your stay, please tell our reception straight away so we can try to fix it during your stay. You can also contact us after your stay at resort.royal.east@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the consumer protection authorities in Albania.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you made it.
